Leading In A Matrix Team Environment

Leading a project with challenging science is difficult enough, but add to it the complexities of a matrix environment and the task can feel daunting.  In this program, which has been created specifically for the life science industry, you will have the opportunity to evaluate those projects you lead and immediately apply new skills and knowledge to streamline your project and enable you to work more efficiently and with less stress.

This program is comprised of ten modules, delivered over 3 full days, and focuses on the following subject areas:
